|09:30-11:00||The big picture: what is your strategic idea or campaign and why is it important. Learn to get to the root of the problem and articulate the difference it will make in a way that excites and inspires others.|
|11:30-13:00||Insight and ideas: innovation and good ideas do not happen in a vacuum, to have good ideas you must understand your audiences stories and motivations. Learn creative thinking techniques to generate quality and quantity of ideas.|

|14:00-15:30||Understanding others: developing your understanding of others priorities, motivations and fears can help you get buy-in for your idea, navigate tough situations and negotiate outcomes that work for all.|
