Pheona Croom-Johnson

Pheona Croom-Johnson is an experienced learning and development consultant with approximately 20 years experience spanning the private, public and non-profit making sectors.  Her childhood took place in an acting school where she appeared professionally on stage and TV including a starring role in a Granada TV drama production which went on to receive an award.

Pheona has been able to use this training and experience to her advantage when working with others, enabling them to increase their ‘presence’, ‘self-confidence’ and ability to identify ‘who they are’. Pheona’s career has been varied but has always included different aspects of coaching, mentoring, facilitating and training.

She has delivered successful initiatives in a range of leadership and management areas including organizational development, change management, performance management, coaching, mentoring, facilitation, team development, leadership and the application of psychometric instruments both to individuals and teams. She is also a trained workplace Mediator, Emotional Intelligence practitioner and Action Learning Facilitator.

“I am passionate about enabling people to reach their potential. Seeking to develop behaviours and beliefs that totally support individuals to take their next step forward – whatever step that may be…”

Pheona works with a range of Associates who are experts in different fields. She has known and worked with these individuals over the last 20 years and only recommends individuals she is completely confident will be able to meet the needs of the client.

“Pheona has an excellent presentation style” Gatwick May 2013.

“Pheona put everyone at ease from the start. Leading ‘adults’ into an adult learnin3g environment. Thank you Pheona.” Tony Sanders (Hollington Club for Young People).
